How to tighten toilet seat

I have a new build with 3 Roca toilets, all of them the seats have become loose. What is the method to tighten them back up please? Do I need some sort of tool?

Ive seen a toilet seat tool on the Screfix website but I don't think the head will fit into the recess my toilet has.

Any suggestions please.

An adjustable spanner may get in, an open ended spanner to the correct size, or some water pump pliers.

That's the tool I looked at but I think the head would be too long, I've tried an adjustable spanner, adjustable grips (water pump pliers) and some long nose pliers and none fit. Was wondering what a professional would use on a Roca toilet as it must be a common job?

I'll try and borrow a normal spanner and try that

Doesn't that type of fixing need tightening from the top?

interesting, I'll have a look for an Allen head on the hinges when I get home although mine defiantly are not soft close like on the video. The nylon insert certainly looks similar and it would explain why there's almost no access underneath.

checked my seat and it defiantly tightening from the bottom.

I completed a support form on the manufacturers website asking if a bespoke tool exists and they said just use a 'normal pair of pliers' trouble is once the 'wings' have been turned past the grip point then you cant get the pliers back on due to no access space.

I'll have to go back to the house builders as its still within the first 2 years but as issue's raised normally take months to sort I wanted to cut out the middleman.
