Hi,
The front of our house is pebbledashed and painted with white masonry paint.
We have just (4 weeks ago) had the pebbledashing underneath the front bay removed and replaced due to a damp problem, we intend to get the whole house painted next spring but the guy who did the pebbledashing recommended that we put a coat of masonry paint on the repaired area before winter.
So, do we need to paint or can it wait until spring?
If we do need to paint, will it need stabilising before applying the paint?
And finally, should the paint be thinned for the first coat? (and if so, is that still true if stabiliser has been applied first?)
Thanks in advance
