Howdens/Blum Magic Corner

Hi,

I fitted a Magic Corner today and wondered if anybody has experienced the same problem as me. The bracket on the base of the cabinet which turns the basket gets caught on the corner. I have greased the plastic bracket and runner to no avail. The corner appears to be to acute to slide round the rod, the screw and bottom bracket are in the right place according to the template/instructions.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
