Why pressure wash it? Even if it's not got any damage, you could possibly cause some depending on how you approach the work. Just take a sponge to it with some warm soapy water and dry off with a rag/small towel. Job done and less messy.

I would take them down clean them with hot soapy water and bleach and realign the facia brackets before putting the gutter back up.

tbh Im probably too lazy and incompetent to do that, I have below average spacial skills. Ill see how clean I can get it with a normal hose first. I'm replacing the fascia as the workmen cant render up far enough to it, so may as well get new ones rather than doing any patch work.

The guttering is plastic, even though it might be old, should last decades though right? I see no leak or anything. Or am I wrong with thinking how long plastic gutters last, and actually it may in fact be decades old already

You mentioned you're replacing the fascia? As Herts P&D advised, in that scenario (and given the guttering evidently isn't new-ish), you're as well replacing it as well.

It tends to go brittle after a while , and interferring with it the joints break . its had its life time to replace .

Im replacing the roof in a few years, I dont want to risk any damage to brand new fascia/gutter . So am going to wait.

Looks like the boards have been moved to access render .. tell them to put them back
