Potterton Performa 28i combi mains gas (2yrs old)
I had the central heating off (taps on) all summer, tried to turn it on yesterday...nothing.
The hot water is perfect. When I switch to both taps & CH there is no reponse to the change over (taps still respond perfectly & the outside exhaust blows) no lights except the same power on, no fault flashing, no change in pressure (stays at the usual 1 bar) no movement of water or pump.
It's as though I hadn't turned the switch at all. Any ideas for a complete novice?

Ok, you can have a good laugh now. I don't believe that I forgot about the dial in the hall. Turned it up & the damn thing kicked into life! I am now snug & warm with a very happy wife. Thanks ever so much JV.
