Hi All,
Last autumn I potted my hyacinth bulbs which are now beginning to come through.
But the flower heads are blooming before it fully breaks through the compost surface.
I had no problems last year as they grew to about 12" tall and flowered well.
Why are they blooming before the stem has formed this year?
The pots have always been outdoors as I have read that a 'too warm' indoor environment can cause the problem.
Cheers
Doug
