Hydramax exposed shower dripping

Hi All, seems to be common issue on here after doing a search..!!...looking to see if anyone has the instruction manual on how to remove the shower body so I can get into it.
Going by the website the model seems to be...HM.SM.21T

Water is leaking between the shower body and the tiles, it was also dripping from the shower head but a new "O" ring washer seems to have sorted that
