I can't get into my Ford Focus bonnet

Like a few others on here I can't get my bonnet open on my Focus. Nothing that has been said on here is working. The problem started when the AA came and had to open the bonnet without the key. They tried using a special key thing they had but it did nothing. I'm guessing that has done something to the lock and that's why it's not opening. Maybe mishaped it or something? Anyway just wondering if anyone knows how I can get this sorted and where the best place to go would be. I'm guessing a Ford dealer, if so any ideas on prices!? Cheers

My Focus was a bu**er to open, the key wouldnt turn, it was a case of pressing the bonnet & forcing the key. After I got it open I gave it a good clean, its ok now.

Bad design, but I understand why it was designed like that
