Hi,

I was haveing a few problems with the radiators upstair so i let out the air in the radiators which worked well, then I noticed that the radiators had a bit of air again and now they don't have enough pressure to push the air out now,

I have a Vaillant Turbomax 828e boiler and i think i have let out to much water and need to fill it up possibly, my hot water is working fine ! I have looked for a valve and i can't see anything !

could someone please give me some help ?

Filling loops are covered in the FAQs section. Some Vaillants have a built in loop (look at user manual!) but not I think the early Turbomaxes.

Thanks but I have looked at the FAQ and none of them resemble anything like i have.

The boiler was already in the house when I bought it and came with no user manual !

do you know where i could get another one !

Wild guess, but how about trying Vaillant?

In the meantime, look under the boiler to see if there are any "keys" projecting downwards or traces of a filling loop just inside the boiler casing? there must be a filling loop somewhere - they're often in odd locations, hidden under sinks or behind washing machines.

Edit - I've checked and there is no internal filling loop so you've just got to find the external one. It will be a link of some sort from the cold water main to one of the heating pipes, usually the return pipe that comes into the boiler on the right side of the other 4 pipes.
