I am having an first floor extension (above a double garage) done and my architect has included the use of I Joists (Silent joists). I am not familiar with this product and although browsing the web has shown me that it seems a great product to use - I cannot seem to find any prices.!!!
Does anybody know approximately how much I-Joists cost per metre legnth ??? I need 5 metre length joists.
I also want to know how much a standard 9 metre roof truss costs !! I need ten in total for the new roof.
I fully appreciate that prices cannot be accurate without more details of length etc.. but I really want a very rough idea so that when I go to the bank for money I can have a rough estimate of what the extension is going to cost..
