i think my roof is leaking?????

there was an extension built on my house about 15 years ago, where the original wall of the back house is, that is where the roof of theextension roof is, and it is only on that wall, but at the top of the wall it gets damp when it rains and now there are damp stains on the wall paper.
my grandad had a look and said it was something like back flash straight away, but he is to old to get up there and look properly. he said its somethin that can be fixed quite easily and he was gonna get up there and do it himself before i protested. does a problem like that cost much for a company to do?

Cavity tray missing .....if it`s cavity wall......too often as you`ll find from a search on the forum ...........you need to get 3 quotes.......they can be retro fitted .....make sure you get a competent builder, not an itinerant "roofer"
