Hi, some years ago I helped a friend install a ground to water heat pump. As I live in the South, by the sea where the weather is relatively mild, I am thinking of an air based input.
As I recall, the COP and hence efficiency of the system is based on the output temperature, and in my instance I am working on 35 degrees C.
My house, has suspended floors so dead easy to crawl under, and hence install either low temperature coils on the underside of floorboards and then insulate, or possibly use a water to air based fan assisted heaters - so medium volume air at relatively low temperature.
Anybody tried it?
