My friend has a Polar Refrigeration T315 ice maker and it's not working. The ice and water indicators are flashing red and it's like it's not pulling the water up. We checked the manual and cleaned the water filter with great hope - but that's not done anything.
It's going through all the motions but without bringing the water up to freeze.
Anyone any ideas please?
