icon 23t

hi at the moment we have an icon 23t combi boiler and the safety lock out light is on constantly- i have tryed to reset it by turning the switch but it has no joy

but the other day i let the gas run out, didnt realise i was running low(prepay meter) and it has done this since

i have no knowledge of combi boilers and could do with all the help i can
