Hi could anyone help me? Our 'Ideal120 combi' boiler is providing hot water but not central heating. Should we call somone out or can we fix it ourselves? We have a 6 month baby so I dont want him FREEZING this week!

If you have a manual, you could follow through the basic stages of the fault finding section. The basic checks you need to make are primarily electrical so you need to know how to safely check for live voltage.

You'll be very lucky if it's a simple fix, I bet the installer is nowhere to be seen.
