Ideal Classic RS50 ignites but then goes back to pilot

Last week I noticed that my central heating wasn't working - but my hot water was, I suspected a broken pump and replaced it. I now have no cenral heating, no hot water , and two perfectly good pumps! My boiler Ideal Classic, ignites from the timer but dies back to pilot light after 90 seconds or so. Any ideas? I replaced the motorised gas valve about 18 month ago.

Most likely - Overheating because of poor circulation - air or sludge; boiler stat faulty.
