Ideal elan2 nf240 not lighting pilot

i have a ideal elan2 nf240. The pilot flame will not light but the burner lights off the spark from the controller trying to light the pilot. Could anyone tell me what the problem could be. I am guessing it is the solenoid for the pilot. If this is correct could anyone tell me if i can gat the part or whether i have to buy a gas valve with the solenoids already fitted.
