Hi does anyone have any know how on common faults with the Ideal HE15 boiler. The problem I am having is no central heating or hot water. It was working fine a few days ago then stopped . When I press the on/off switch to on it seems to kick in , it makes the usual sounds and I get the steam coming out of the outside flow pipe but this only continues for around 3-4 minutes then it seems to stop. There's nothing on the display panel showing any fault just the letter C which means it's feeding the CH and hot water but I am getting nothing . Hope someone can help. Many thanks terry

With this boiler it could be a load of things, check condensate trap , but best to get gas safe engineer round.
