ideal icos boiler

Help me please, I know nothing!
We have an ideal icos and the blue led is flashing but we have no CH and we do have HW. I have tried everything that people have mentioned on this site eg reset but the display says c and the casing is warm. That along with the HW being ok makes me think that it is ignited. Please help!!!

Hi,
The boiler is probably not to blame, try searching here for 3 port valve, odds are this, (in your airing cupboard), is at fault, it should have a manual setting you can try.

No, you should get some heating though.
Boiler has to be on for HW, so turn cylinder stat up and boilers stat down, until it's fixed.
