when i switch on the boiler it displays 0 which then changes to 1 and then c the fan runs but the boiler does not ignite instead the display changes to L then E. I checked the fault finding chart which says board fault, replace pcb. what causes this and do i have to change the pcb? in the parts section it mentions a pcb fuse kit, before i buy a pcb i would just like to know if this is going to solve the problem, or is there any other remedy
