Went to an isar which is leaking water from the pump . so ive ordered a new pump , will it come with the manifold???? as the old one is leaking between the manifold and the pump . Also I was hoping to leave them with it working just needing re pressurising untill the new pump arrives but when it calls for heat it trips the rcd on the fusebox this is surely just because the pump is knackered or could there be another fault on this piece of junk???? it was working perfectly untilll the owner went on holiday and came back yesterday and put it on all night last night .

The pump will have siezed and water will be coming through the motor. The head comes with new seals but not the old black manifold in the back but it wont leak when you put the new one in as it is leaking beteween two parts of the head and not the head and manifold (if that makes sense) This fault usually occurs with poor water treatment or insufficient bypass resulting in overheating and seizing of pump. Is it a wilo or cp pump??
