Ideal ISTOR HE325

Hello,

I have a Istor HE325 installed and is about 4 years old. Everything has been great up to now !! for a reason i cannot figure out the boiler will go into the off position even tho the timer etc says it should be running. Its only when i give the control panel a slight tap

that it fires up again ??

does anybody know why it might be doing this ?

Hi,

That points to a dry joint on the PCB.Have a good look at it.
