Hi all
I have an ideal logic+ 30 combi boiler, as I came to turn on the heating I set the timer as normal and found that the initially the timer was losing time over the course of a week and the heating was coming on at random times because of this. I assumed it needed a replacement timer so I ordered a new one. I plugged it in and found that the clock on the new timer does not move I can still use the heating on constant and it works fine just the clock wont work. I have had an electrician test the timer and they said that the clock was faulty so I contacted the company I ordered from explained the problem and they sent out a new one the replacment also doesn't work. Seems improbable that this one is also faulty. Anyone able to advise what the problem may be?
Many thanks
