Ideal logic system f06 fault code

I want to remove the weather compensator from an ideal logic system2 but when disconnected I cannot clear the F06 fault code.

Does anyone know how to clear?

I have tried the reset and leaving powered down for 15 minutes but no luck.

How did you disconnect it? Careful as opening your boiler is part of the combustion circuit and requires testing for safety afterwards.
