Hi I have an esp1 and noticed water leak from bottom of the case so cleaned condensate trap and double checked the connections in and out of it, anything else I can look at ?

Get a GSR engineer you shouldn't be even removing front cover.
i know the law, but having had my ticket for around 20 years and a technician grade plumber i like to think i am a bit more careful than a lot of people.
But thanks for the helpful reply

Diverter valve, split in top of condensate anti. syphon trap, main heat exchanger ( but I hope not) is the boiler loosing pressure.

Pressure wise I have just noticed it’s increasing very slightly, so today disconnected the filling loop to rule that out, and will monitor, heat exchanger swapped out a month from new around 6 years back

Main heat exchanger would cause a noticeable drop in pressure so that could be good news. There is not a lot to leak, I've mentioned the problems I've had with ours. There are plenty of youtube vids explaining how the hydra block works and therefore what might leak. Have you looked for drips with the hot water running, it might be the plate heat exchanger seals leaking. If you lay paper towels in the bottom of the case it should help you find a leak even if it is intermittent

Update water coming from this panel, condensate pipe clear, trap half full on outlet 3/4 full on inlet , I took the panel off and reversed the gasket for now IMG_1054.jpeg

Well just to update engineer book for tomorrow, I used lsx to seal the gasket and this was fine for a few days but getting the f2 fault and took the trap off and got loads of water coming out the sump, so went as far as I feel confident in as not going into any further.
Thanks

If its just the gasket on the sump cover that's gone then just get a new sump cover, no need to replace the whole sump. Lots available

But now no leak after using lsx but trap filling up into sump and getting a soft thump when boiler fires, also around 1/4 l of water out of sump when trap removed
And as no cert now I’m not going any further like removing gas valve to get sump out
