Hi,
I have a ideal response 120 boiler and get hot water but the central heating turns on for around 30-45 seconds, then turns itself off. I've had the pressure release valve changed but that didn't help.
Its a combi boiler. When I turn on the hot water tap, very hot water comes out and then the hot water tap spits out steam for a few seconds, then goes back to normal hot water flow, which is cooler than the initial flow.
I have tried turning it off and leaving it off but that doesn't help.
I've taken the cover off and the heat exchanger is hot.
The CH temperature dial is set on number 3 out of 6.
Any ideas on how to get the central heating system to work?
Cheers,
Oli
