Identify Door Handle Please

I need to replace the door handles on my uvpc door but can't find any with the latch knob on. Screw distance is 215 mm and can I replace with a standard set of handles and forget about the little latch knob thingy above the handle ?

Any help appreciated

Looks very similar to this...

It says on there you can order the version without the snib if you don't use it.
