looks like plastic ogee
Definitely an ogee of some type, but best of luck matching it up unless its fairly recent......there will be a manufacturers name on it somewhere.
Chances are though, the rubber seals between the gutter lengths have been displaced due to expansion and contraction - and you may get away with reseating them. careful with the brackets though - they get brittle with age.
