identifying a bush

I have a bush ( if that's the right word ) in my garden that I'd like to identify..

it grows about 18-20 inches high ( so more ground cover than bush ) but it has woody branches that are really dark in colour, almost black.

the leaves are a dark green, fairly long and narrow, no serations, but are kind of fuzzy all over.
is smells kind of minty when cut..
