I need to concrete the sub floor to stop rats getting in, we've tried poison, galvanised wire mesh and now the only option left is to concrete the sub floor area.
The only problem is access, I don't think I can get ready mix to do the job because access is from the front of the house, via a 6 metre hallway with a 90 degree bend at the end to get access to the subfloor. To add to the problem I can't get a wheelbarrow around the 90 degree bend without having to tip it upright.
So what's the most labour efficient way of getting the concrete in? Can I dry mix the concrete in situ then spray it with water like postcrete?
Help please
