Can anyone help please? After the last wash the machine displayed the code F-12 - but this cleared and i used it again but now door won't open and I can't start a programme as the "key" sign doesnt light up. Can anyone help - there is a cricket kit stuck inside!
Unplug it for 2 mins see if it opens. Is there any water inside cos it won't open if there's water in the drum. You can remove the lid and flick back the lock from inside.

Hi - thanks but I've got it open now but the washing wasn't spun very well and if I try to start another programe it won't start as the "key" symbol doesnt show and therefore wont start?
