Indesit 143S washing m/c

Lots of holiday washing to do and yes you guessed it...the m/c seems to work except the door isnt locked or closed! it'll spin, empty and start to fill even though the door is wide open.
Any help appreciated

remove lid , at the front of mc at 3 oclock is 2 screws remove and .disconnect door wire and replace lock simple

Door lock done so just need help with the replacement of door seal if anyone has any tips we'd be grateful

Hi Breezer
Not v technically minded so i was after some advice before i start!
I have the new large grey rubber seal but have not ripped the old off yet as i didnt want to get stuck half way through the job
Any advice appreciated.

unclip seal front the front rim then you can push it back and you will see a spring band holding seal on to the drum ,the band just pulls of ,beware when replaceing seal band will very stiff to put back on
