indesit dishwasher semi-integrated

my indesit wont empty - there is a light that comes on (i think its usually for rinsing) and sometimes i can get the wash to start but then the two warining lights come on simultaneously, i think it may be blocked - tried to unblock with a plunger to no avail - can anyone advise?
