Indesit double oven main oven problem

Just checking I'm not being stupid. I've been here for a few months but only used the top oven.
The main oven light and fan come on, but no heat. As far as I can see there is no timer in operation, but then the light and fan wouldn't be on? I think it is supposed to have two elements, seems odd they have both broken.
I've no idea what model it is, just says Indesit, no model inside the doors. Are Indesit elements very specific to model or fairly generic?
