Indesit ecosense omega (No Hot fill)

My washing machine has LED's on the front that tell you whats going
on. Now the "Hot Fill" LED and "Heating water" LED do not come on and
the washing machine carries on but with a Cold wash. Does anybody have
any ideas as to what the problem is? (I have confirmed hot water is getting to the valve)

does it have eco wash button because that makes it wash cold ,they have them on hotpoint not sure of yours
