Indesit Evolution 1200 WE 12 Error code F12

Since moving machine out and back in to wash room, this error code F-12 appears, we have power, plenty of cold water, hot feed not connected(same as before). Does anyone know what this means? Thanks. Maureen

f12 means no mixed fill it is likely that the tap is not turned on or the fill hose may have been kinked when you put it back.

We have all done this.

Try filling/starting a 40oC program with the machine pulled out into the room to test to see if it works again.

Thanks for advice, but we unplugged and replugged all the connectors and it worked again. It seems that error code F-12 for this model is not about the mixed fill, but more to do with communication problems.

Hi - having the same error code - how did you solve the "communication" problem ? Sarah

Hi, Have just found these old quotes, as was looking to fix same problem again. So was good to be reminded! This time just to try, I just unplugged machine then replugged it, and it seems like this action reset it!! Was boggled it was that easy, hope this helps someone else.
