Indesit IDL705 Dishwasher - dirty pots!!

Help!!
Everything appears to be working normal, it heats, washes, dries but still some of the pots and pans are still dirty or have a residue on them. salt and rinse aid are ok.

Check both of the spray arms for blocked nozzles.....occasionally rice grains tend to lodge there.
Do you keep the filter clean, below the bottom arm?

I have managed to remove the lower spray arm, that seems to be ok.

I am having trouble removing the white retaining clip that hold the upper arm assembly to the tray, any ideas?

Top spray arm has a locking nut , same as the bottom one it just twists off. Also check the ring nut at the back of the tub on the inside rubber is poss perished.
