Indesit programmes stuck

HI
My machine will not do any 60/90 degree washes at all.
The fabric conditioner stays in the tray.
And when it gets to stage 6 hovers there indefinately until I click the knob round.
If I need to pull the machine out how should I do this?
Please help me!!!

Have you got hot water to the machine and is the hot tap on that feed open ?
