I have just acquired one of these machines, but i dont have a manual for it, is this machine a cold fill? Only i have plumbed it in and done a load of washing but when the washing comes out the machine the clothes are cold, so i dont know whether the heater is working or not.
Any help would be apprecited.
Thanks :)

If it has only one inlet then it's a cold fill, but even a machine that takes in hot has a heater, so you must have heater fault.

Having said that, most machines won't complete the cycle if the water doesn't reach the preprogrammed temperature.

Its doing the full cycle, but the machine an the glass door aren't even slightly warm, so could it be the heater?

Most likely theres no fault. If the heater doesn't heat the water it won't go through the cycle.
The clothes are cold when you take them out because it rinses 3 times with cold water.

A very good point.

mono - are the clothes actually being cleaned, or remaining grubby?
