Indesit washer/dryer WD10 - 13 flashes & dial spinning

I have the dreaded "spinning dial & 13 flashes" on our Indesit WD10 washer/dryer.

It attempts to start a program but cuts out immediately after rotating the drum for a few seconds, reset doesn't help.

I have checked all pipes, no blockages & also replaced the pressure switch.

ALL help appreciated

PS - I believe a filter should be present at the lower/RH/front but on removing the "plastic screw" from the drain pump no obvious filter can be seen ?
