Indesit washing machine - fills up when cycle complete

The washing machine fills with cold water when cycle complete despite replacing both non input non return valves.

it is still likely to be a valve fault.

turn off both hot and cold supplies, and remove both pipes what happens?
if all is well but them back one at a time that way you will know which is at fault
