indesit washing machine w16

Hi there, can anyone help, got a problem with my indesit, keeps filling up with water and displays message -H20. Checked hose and thing at the bottom right front of machine, had a coin and safety pin, cleaned it out. Still filling up and -H20 meassage. Any advice....thanks

does your machine drain into a standpipe or is it plumbed into a trap. If it is drained into a standpipe it may pushed too far down the pipe creating a conditioning called syphoning were water emties from the machine while filling as h20 is time out error code used by indesit.Solution simple raise the drain hose higher in the standpipe to end this condition.
