Indesit WD12 - sometimes does not work on cycles 4 or 7

My indesit WD 12 is 4 years old it sometimes does not work on cycle number 4 and number 7 even 8. it starts water does spin too sometimes for a minute or so then it starts clicking and drains out water.
but when the washing clothes are reduced then it would work and finish the washing cycle.
I think it is Belt but need an experts advice.
