Indesit WDG1095W two prog settings problem!

Prog setting 2 (90 degree wash) doesnt work at all. Nor does prog 3 (60 degree wash). Now I have to manually adjust the dial at the end of the prewash (setting 1) across to setting 4 (40 degree wash). Happy to say, it will carry on from there, but any advice regarding 2 and 3, please?

your m/c uses mixed fill, 60 & 90 are hot water only, so either the valve is not working or the hose is kinked etc
