my machine does wash cycle but get down to 1 minute and continues indefinately on 1 minute.had fault code -c on fitted new board and chip £106 still the same any ideas

1 July found the problem may help others heating element blown time expired before cycle complete stayed at 1 minyte waiting to heat up
