Indesit WG1034T - no high speed spin

My washing was coming out of the machine after a full cycle still heavy wet.
I emptied the machine and put it back on to a full programme.
The programme filled, then washed, then drained, then continued to drain plus a 20 second spin at the end.
This showed that all other parts were working except the spin duration.

I think the programmer is about
