indesit whasing machine bearing change

hi,
can someone help me with changing the bearings on indesit washing machine. i have the star nut tool but whichever direction it is turned it won#t unscrew. Do i turn it clockwise or anticlockwise to unscrew.
what else do i have to do?

need to be little more specific than the star nut tool

you mean nut on the pulley anticlockwise .heat it up first it has locktite on it be very carefull if you strip it new drum needed.
