Indesit WIA 121 not spinning

Hi

Motor works, because it turns and washes ok, but not spinning at all.
Bushes?
When its finished, there are soaking clothes at the end. Belt seems ok, if bushes, how do I change them. Its not an old washer. I just tried the spin cycle, never used it before, it spun for a few seconds and stopped. It seemed to wobble the first spin so I held it when it spun again and it was spinning for 10 seconds? Now spinning normally. So why is it not spinning on normal cycle?

If it spins really fast for ten seconds then slows down then check the taco at the end of the motor. How to check the BRUSHES not bushes they are in the garden , go to you tube plenty of vids on there.

It seems like it does spin, but only on certain programs. So it will spin on the spin only program, it seems to be behaving strangly when washing too.

So maybe this is a program fault?

What would be involved in fixing a program fault, changing a circuit board?
