Indesit WIL123S Washing machine fault lights

The above machine is showing the following error lights:

Stain Removal light - Green flashing
Extra Rinse - Green Flashing
Door lock - Red Flashing

Any ideas what it could be?

What number lights are they. Ie 2 and 3 ,ignore on off light.

Lights 2 and 4

Turned it all off and on again and it's done a cycle.

It means u have a blockage check the filter / pump and drain hose.
