Indesit WIXL163 Washing Machine

We have Indesit WIXL163 Washing Machine.
Today I tried to start it and ALL the indicators and one LED lights started flashing none stop.
I switched the machine off and took the plug out of the socket, left it few minutes to few hours. Still no Joy and it is still flashing non stop.
What has happened to it and why ?
Can anyone pls help me to fix this problem.
Would really appreciate it.

change c 17 cap on pcb .

Thanks Rocks1 ..... what is C 17 cap ? How do I access the PCB ? Does this machine open from the top some where, the back or front ?
Would appreciate your guidance.

pcb is at the rear remove rear cover ,its tucked in the corner .on the pcb is a number next to cap ,it will have its head blown off , a trip to maplins /rs/ etc cost less than a quid you will need a soldering iron or ex pcb from here ,http://www.emwelec.co.uk/index.php
